The End Of The Beginning

Just as Tina turns her head around to Death Heart the shovel cuts threw her eyes and nose. Alice sees this and runs for the back. Death Heart starts to chase her but Lee Parker grabs his leg. Death Heart turns around and stabs his shovel threw Lee’s back, and scoops out his spine.

Sheriff Smith: Come out of there with your hands up!

Death Heart Run and busts out the glass.

Officer Barker: Get ready to put him down boys!

The Police begin shooting at Death Heart, but spins his shovel and stops the bullets.

Officer Law: Red go high I’ll go low!

Officer Red: You got it!

Death Heart makes it to Law and Red, and spins around with the shovel and badly wounding both Officers.

Officer James: Thomas, we gotta take him out now.

Officer Thomas: Hey Mother fucker! Take this!

Thomas starts shooting his shotgun. But misses, Death Heart slices Thomas’s arm off.

Officer James: No! Thomas! I’ll kill you!

James tries to hit Death Heart with his nightstick, but Death Heart takes it, and stabs James threw the eye with it.

Sheriff Smith: My god! What if we can’t stop him!? Barker Guard the witness.

Officer Barker: Right!

Sheriff Smith: I’ll cover you.

Just as Barker makes it to her car Death Heart slices the Sheriff’s hands off. And runs after Barker. Death Heart throw his shovel and hits Barker, and she drops her gun under the car. She stand up, and Just then Jadeite Rose walks around the cop car.

Jadeite Rose: Paul! Baby, what have you done?

Death Heart: Baby…?

Officer Barker: What the hell are you doing?

Jadeite leaves and only one girl remains…

Bobbie runs up to Death Heart but is killed quickly when Death Heart slices his entire face off.

Lee Parker: Paul!? What the fuck are you doing!? Stop it.

Lightning strikes the building, and a bad storm begins. The lights begin to flicker badly.

The lights go out, and the police pull up to the store. The only light in the store is coming from the cop lights and street lights.

Sometime after nine o’clock at Paul‘s and Rose‘s apartment…

Paul: Okay, not too long to wait now…

Paul walks down the street and returns home. Paul picks up his phone, and calls a pizza restaurant. He gives them his number and address, orders.

::A 1967 Buick is driving around town::

::The Opening credits begin::

::Opening credits, Car crash::

::Fades to black, and fade in to a church::

     On this day, Saturday February 13, 1993 we are brought together in this sad occasion to remember Robert and Patricia Heart. Now let’s pray…

Mr. Heart: Thank you Minister White.

Minister: Yes, yes no trouble, are you sure your okay.

Mr. Heart: Yes, we’ll be okay.

::Minister walks over to hearse driver::

Minister: Okay, go on to the Gravesite.

Driver: Okay…

::Paul finds his sister walking behind the hearse::

Paul: Little Sis! Wait get back over here!

::The hearse backs out and runs her over, killing her::

Paul: What! No!

::Fades to black::

Seven Years Later…

 ::6:13 in the morning, Paul wakes, his parents are gone::

Paul: I wonder where mom and dad are? *Laughs It’s my birth day, I bet they are bringing me presents home…

::Door bell rings, Paul opens door with a smile::

Paul: Huh?

::Paul’s face expression changes to horrified::

Paul: What’s going on Mr. Policeman?

Officer: Your parents were in a car crash…

Paul: Huh, what? What happened?

Officer: You’ll need to come with me son.

Paul: Why?

Officer: Son, their dead son… now please come with me…

Paul: What…

Officer: right this way son.

:The Officer takes to an elite orphanage::

Officer: Well son, what do you think?

Paul: I wanna go home…

Officer: You can’t live on your own son, It’ll be okay.

Paul: …

Officer: They’ll take good care of you here.

Paul: …but it’s my birthday…

Officer: They’ll give you a good birthday party.

Paul: …

Officer: I could go get the stuff out of your Parents car.

Paul: …huh… what, what do you mean?

Officer: Your mom and dad’s car… it had gifts in it…

Paul: …oh… Okay…

Officer: Now, young man, are you ready? It’s time for us to go in now.

Paul: …I guess so…

The officer and Paul go into the building, once inside they go to the registration desk.

Officer: Hi Ann, I got a boy that we need to register.

Ann: Little boy, what’s your name?

Paul: Paul… Paul Heart…

Ann: Okay, Paul Go in to the playroom, and wait for Mrs. Misty Kelly to greet you.

Paul: Okay, Miss Ann.

Paul goes and enters the playroom.

Paul: …

Misty: Oh Hello, and who might you be little boy?

Paul: My name is Paul…

Misty: Hello, Paul. You must be a newcomer. Why don’t you go talk to some of the other kids. Okay?

Paul: Kay…

Misty: (Walking away, under her breath) “Stupid brat”

Misty leaves the playroom.

Paul: This is very bad… Why my mom and dad, they are all I had left…

Paul starts to cry, meanwhile a girl approaches Paul…

Paul: (Sobbing)

Rose: (Smiling) Hi!

Paul: (Stops sobbing, and looks up) Huh? Um… hi…

Rose: I see you’re a newcomer here; I wanted to say welcome, and to see if you wanted me to show you around here.

Paul: That would be nice…

Rose: Alrighty, My names, Jadeite Rose, People call me by my last name mainly. So, I guess you can call me Rose, or Jade if you want… what is your name?

Paul: It’s Paul Heart. Uh, call me Paul… So how long have you been here Rose?

Rose: Well it’s nice to meet you Paul. I’ve never known anything else but this place.

Paul: That must have been bad not knowing your parents, or your family.

Rose: Not really, being here is like having lots of brothers and sisters. So, why are you here?

Paul: My family is all dead, my mom, my dad, my sister, even both my grand parents… (getting sad) …it’s not fair…

Rose: Oh, I’m sorry I didn’t mean to make you upset. It’ll be okay Paul, you’ve got me now. And I’ll do everything I can do to help you feel at home here.

Paul: …Thank you…
